SHIPPING TIMES: Orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days) after the order is placed. This DOES NOT mean we guarantee the parcel will be delivered within this time. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, which is usually a 2-5 day service to anywhere in the USA. Time from placing your order until it arrives is as follows:
All in-stock BARGAIN items are shipped in 1-2 weeks.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping and handling of all MANUFACTURED TRASHY ORIGINAL orders.
Please allow 3-6 weeks for shipping and handling of all AUTOGRAPHED and CERTIFIED orders.
Please Note: Orders paid by check take one month to process the check.

TRACKING: Orders are shipped with USPS Signature Confirmation. This service provides a tracking number that will provide you with delivery information only. This can be followed from our Tracking Page. You will be e-mailed a confirmation after your order is processed with this tracking number. The tracking number will allow you to view:
When the parcel has arrived at your local post office
If a delivery attempt was made and if a notice was left
When & where it was delivered
Who signed for it
This service also allows us to obtain a copy of the actual signature should that need arise. The tracking number does not allow you to track your parcel through its journey.

DELIVERY: Signature Confirmation requires that the parcel be signed for when it arrives and means it will not be left at your doorstep. This is for added security and accountability. The parcel will arrive with your regular mail. If no one is home to sign for the package a notice will be left instructing the addressee to come to the post office to claim it. Unclaimed parcels will be held for about 7 days before they are returned to sender.

PACKAGE APPEARANCE: Parcels are sent discreetly using USPS Priority Mail cartons (like the one shown below). A plain return address label is used which reads TL.com, 2000 S. Main St. Los Angeles, CA 90007. There is no reference to Trashy.com or Trashy Lingerie on the exterior of the parcel.
